Recommendation:

 

That Council consent to the transfer of the leases between the Wi-Bi Group Pty Ltd (the transferor) and Tracey Lee Rintoul  and Robert Stewart Rintoul (the transferees) as well as to any deeds of assignment and attach its seal to documents as required.

DISCUSSION:

 

Both the Nambucca Heads RSL car park and the Café and boatshed at the base of the car park are located on Crown Land which is leased to the Nambucca Heads RSL Club by Council as the trustee for the Crown.  Council has to consent to any lease transfers and affix its seal thereto.

 

Council’s solicitor has advised of a proposed transfer of two leases (shop 1 & shop 2) for the operation of the Café and boatshed from the Wi-Bi Group Pty Ltd to Tracey Lee Rintoul and Robert Stewart Rintoul.

 

It is recommended that Council consent to the transfer of the leases between the transferor and transferee as well as to any deeds of assignment and attach its seal to documents as required.
