Alcohol Free Zone Bowraville
Council is establishing an Alcohol Free Zone in Bowraville, in accordance with Section 644 of the Local Government Act 1993.
Alcohol Free Zone (AFZ) Bowraville
Council has established an Alcohol Free Zone in accordance with Section 644 of the Local Government Act 1993, in the central business area of Bowraville. The zone commenced operation on Monday 1 June 2009 and will apply for a period of 4 years. The AFZ prohibits consumption of alcohol on Council-owned footpaths, roads and car-parks within the zone.
