Alcohol Free Zone (AFZ)
Alcohol Free Zone (AFZ) Central Business Area, Nambucca Heads
Council has established an Alcohol Free Zone in accordance with Section 644 of the Local Government Act 1993, in the central business area of Nambucca Heads. The zone expires 10 January 2015. The AFZ prohibits consumption of alcohol on Council-owned footpaths, roads and car-parks within the zone. Penalties apply. See link above for further information and map.
Alcohol Free Zone (AFZ) Bowraville
Council has established an Alcohol Free Zone in accordance with Section 644 of the Local Government Act 1993, in the central business area of Bowraville. The zone expires 1 June 2013. The AFZ prohibits consumption of alcohol on Council-owned footpaths, roads and car-parks within the zone. Penalties apply. See link above for further information and map.
Alcohol Free Zone (AFZ) Visitor Information Centre, Nambucca Heads
Council has established an Alcohol Free Zone in accordance with Section 644 of the Local Government Act 1993, in the area surrounding the Visitor Information Centre in Riverside Drive Nambucca Heads. The zone expires 1 June 2014. The AFZ prohibits consumpution of alcohol on Council-owned footpaths, roads and car-parks within the zone. Penalties apply.
