Sale of Truck Request for Quotations - Closing 2.00pm Thursday 30 May 2013
Quotations are invited for the sale of the following truck on as as is basis.
2006 Isuzu Giga 385CXY (AI29VA) - 330,000km
The truck will be available for inspection at Council's Works Depot, Gumma Road, Macksville from 9.00am til 12 noon on Wednesday 22 May 2013.
Quotations must be submitted on Council's official Quotation Form. Interested parties are required to register via the E-tendering Portal www.tenderlink.com/nambucca to download the quotation form free of charge. If you experience difficulties accessing the above website please call the Tenderlink Help Desk on 1800 233 533.
The Quotation Form is also available from Council's Administration Centre at 44 Princess Street, Macksville or by contacting Engineering Services Department on (02) 6568 0263.

Provision of Audit Services - Closing 11am Thursday 13 June 2013
Nambucca Shire Council is seeking tender submissions from external audit service providers. Councils are required under Section 422 and 424 of the Local Government Act 1993 to appoint a suitably qualified person as its auditor for a period of six years.
The auditor reports to the elected Council on the General Purpose and Special Purpose Financial Reports of the Council, prepared annually in accordance with the Act.
Full tender documents are available for interested persons by visiting the Council’s website and registering and downloading the documents.

Tenders should be submitted in accordance with instructions included in the information documents. Tenders should be deposited in the tender box as specified in the participating council’s tender document or via Tenderlink prior to the closing time and date of the Tender. The onus rests on the interested person to ensure that the Tender is lodged in accordance with the requirements of council.
Submissions will be received up until 11:00am on Thursday 13 June 2013.
The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
