NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following application to modify a development consent has been received by Nambucca Valley Council.

Proposal: Extractive Industry - Replace existing crusher with a mobile crusher & modify conditions 1,10,16,19,21,55 & 79.
Consent Authority: Nambucca Valley Council
Development Consent No 2001/096 was granted by the Land & Environment Court Council on 27 March 2015, for an extractive industry.
The current application seeks to replace the existing fixed mobile crusher with a mobile crusher & modify conditions 1,10,16,19,21,55 & 79.
The proposed modification may be inspected at Council’s Administration Centre, Princess Street, Macksville, during office hours being 8.30 am to 4.00 pm weekdays from 18 March 2023 until 17 April 2023.
Any person may make a written submission in respect of the modification which should be lodged with the undersigned no later than
17 April 2023.
Submissions must be addressed to the General Manager, Nambucca Valley Council, PO Box 177, Macksville NSW 2447 or sent by email to council@nambucca.nsw.gov.au. It is requested that submissions in support or objection list reasons. The provision of a name, address and contact telephone number will enable Council to inform you about the progress and outcome of the matter. Please note that any submission may be incorporated in a Council business paper or otherwise publicly disclosed. Please note that if the application is approved, there is no right of appeal to the Court by an objector.
Note: Your attention is drawn to Section 10.4 of Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979
