Valla Beach Footbridge replacement concept plan
The existing footbridge between the Lions Reserve and South Valla Beach across the Deep Creek estuary has a limited remaining life and will need to be replaced within the next 10 years.
The Council has prepared a concept design for a 160m single span suspension bridge to replace the existing footbridge.
The estimated cost of the bridge replacement is $2.6m
The Council welcomes community feedback on the concept design up until 28 February 2021.
