Bring Your Bills - Coffs Harbour region

Feeling stressed by the cost of living and high energy prices? Come and meet several services in one spot to get advice about how to manage your bills, debt and legal issues. We'll be in Coffs Harbour, Grafton and Macksville, on Gumbaynggirr Land, in April.

Bring any bills you're concerned or confused about and our friendly teams can walk you through them and suggest payment plans and solutions. Other organisations will also be on hand to offer support and guidance.

Services participating:

  • Service NSW (EAPA support)
  • Revenue NSW (taxes, fines, debts)
More organisations will be added once confirmed, stay tuned.

How we can help:

  • review and explain your bill
  • check your rebate entitlements
  • talk to your retailers about outstanding issues
  • resolve complaints
  • help set up payment plans
  • provide information on bill comparisons and how to save energy in your home and reduce your bills.
