Home Library Service

If you are unable to reach your local library because you are housebound, then the Home Library Service can help you.

The library provides this free home delivery service to the people of the Nambucca Valley local government area.

Items are selected based on the member's preferences, then delivered and collected by members of our local Lions Clubs.

 

Who is eligible?

Residents of the Nambucca Valley local government area who cannot visit the library due to ill-health or disability. Full time carers of housebound members are also eligible for the service.HomeLibrary_Books.jpg

Something to suit everyone

Our staff aim to provide a personalised service and customers are encouraged to make requests. You can borrow:

  • Fiction and non-fiction items
  • Large print books
  • Audio books
  • Magazines
  • DVDs - documentaries, movies, TV series

Collect a form from the library or print out and fill in the Application for Home Library Service(PDF, 539KB) form and return it to us either in person or via email:
