Macksville Memorial Aquatic & Fitness Centre closure

Due to the significant damage from last week’s flooding event the Macksville Memorial Aquatic and Fitness Centre, is closed until further notice.  Due to the levels and severity of floodwater inundation, significant damage has occurred to electrical and mechanical equipment.  Council estimates the necessary restoration works will take up to three (3) months, and the facility will be closed to the public during this time. Council apologises for the inconvenience that this may cause, however community safety is the highest priority and the centre will reopen when it is safe to do so.
