NAMBUCCA VALLEY COUNCIL

AMENDMENTS TO THE NAMBUCCA LOCAL ENVIRONMENTAL PLAN 2010

 

Nambucca Valley Council is presently seeking public comment on a proposed amendment to the Nambucca Local Environmental Plan 2010 (LEP). The proposed amendment includes the addition of Agritourism and Viticulture as additional permitted uses on Lot 5 DP 1077244, 19 Hamerton Court, Tewinga.

 

The planning proposal which outlines the proposed LEP amendment may be viewed and downloaded from Council’s website www.nambucca.nsw.gov.au. It is also displayed at Council's Administration Centre at 44 Princess Street, Macksville during business hours.

 

Council has been authorised to exercise the functions of the local plan making authority for this planning proposal.

 

Written submissions are encouraged and will be received up until 4.30 pm, 11 July 2025. Please note that any submission may be incorporated in a Council business paper or otherwise publicly disclosed. Submissions should be addressed to the General Manager, Nambucca Valley Council, PO Box 177, Macksville NSW 2447 or council@nambucca.nsw.gov.au.
