Reclassification of Land as Operational Land

Nambucca Valley Council has resolved to exhibit a proposed resolution to classify Lot 101 DP 1313077 – Swordfish Drive, Valla Beach as operational land in accordance with Section 34 of the Local Government Act 1993.

As part of the release of a recent stage of ‘Ocean Waves Estate’ in Valla Beach Lot 101 DP 1313077 was dedicated to Council.

The lot contains a Council sewer pump station, stormwater infrastructure and vehicular access. The proposed resolution is on exhibition from 6 June to 4 July 2025.

Written submissions are encouraged during this period. Please note that any submission may be incorporated in a Council business paper or otherwise publicly disclosed.
