Coronation Park car park closed

Council wishes to advise Coronation Park car park, Nambucca Heads, will be closed until about February 2026.

This is due to the car park being in close proximity to the demolished Nambucca Leagues Club building. To access the car park, vehicles need to pass within about two metres of the demolition site which has asbestos containing materials, currently managed according to best practice by the licenced contractor, Ezy Projects.

Ezy Projects has advised the demolition site should be cleared by mid to late February 2026, weather depending. The car park will be reopened once the site is cleared and it has been assessed by a hygienist.

The demolition site is contained with fencing, signage and plastic covers in areas.
