Council advice regarding flood affected waste

Many homes have been inundated with flood water across our valley. With the clean-up continuing, Council advises the following information regarding flood affected waste:
• Residents are requested to place flood affected waste materials on the kerb out the front of their premises in a safe accessible location.
• There will be no free disposal of flood affected waste material at the Nambucca Waste Facility.
Should residents self-haul their flood affected waste material to the Waste Facility they will be charged the Council disposal fee less the State Government landfill levy (which the State has waived).
