The Tender process will be open for 14 Days commencing 17 August 2026 and finishing 31 August 2026. To submit a silent bid you must; send an email to council@nambucca.nsw.gov.au with the following format. Subject Line: Make and Model of the desired vehicleBody of Email: Your Contact Details (Name and Phone Number), Bid Amount of desired vehicle. The vehicles listed below are sold in the condition of:
- As is / Where is. - No warranty is provided for the vehicle sold. - No registration or registration plates are provided. - No keys are available for vehicles listed. - VIN provided for bidders to perform vehicle due-diligence.
Upon closure of the tender process, successful bidders will be contacted by Council within the following 7 business days. Full payment of the successful tender amount is required before the vehicle is collected. Payment via cash or bank card can be made at the Council Administration Building - 44 Princess Street, Macksville, NSW, 2447.
Successful bidders once notified must arrange collection of their vehicle within 14 days, this is arranged via the Ranger Services Department of Nambucca Valley Council.
