Council wishes to advise there is a scheduled water outage for Kings Point, Macksville, this Wednesday 17 June from 6am, weather depending.
The water outage is needed to enable the Structures team to place new bridge girders on Tilly Willy Bridge. It is unknown exactly how long the outage will be for, however Council is encouraging residents to plan for the water to be out for the majority of the day, starting from 6am. There is a variable message board on site and it will confirm the day/time of the water shut off, should the program change.

We understand there have been impacts and we hope the community will welcome seeing a superior bridge open to all vehicles and heavy vehicles re-opened by 5pm Monday 22 June 2026, at this stage.
