Nambucca Valley Council can provide access to equipment to facilitate your event.
Variable Message Sign Boards (VMS Boards), Banner Flags, and bins are hireable from Council, subject to availability.

Banner Flags
Banner Flags
Banner Flags can be placed in various locations across Nambucca Valley to promote your event.
In 2026-2027 Financial Year, the cost of erecting your banner sign is $60 per location.
Event organisers are responsible for creating their banner flags in the dimensions outlined below. Event organisers are responsible for supplying the flags to Council and for collection of their flags. Banner Flags will not be stored by Council.
